Some info about my training.
I am originally from the suburbs of Chicago, IL and completed my PhD in 2009 at the University of Illnois at Chicago (UIC). I used functional neuroimaging to study the human motor system in health and disease.
I then went on to complete an MD at UIC in 2013 and residency training in Radiation Oncology at the University of Washington in Seattle in 2018.
I started my career as an academic radiation oncologist, and conducted research and clinical trials. I also specialized in the treatment of soft tissue sarcomas and thoracic cancers. You can see a list of my publications on my Google Scholar page.
Today, I work as a community radiation oncologist in Denver treating all types of cancer. I am also in the process of completing fellowship training in integrative medicine.
You can read more about my paid and volunteer activities here. I try to keep this information current, but do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
